What can I do about marine life

Something I can do is throughing trash in its proper place, another thing I can do is to put kitchen waour marine environment and natural phenomena or disasters can also impact on important marine habitats, such as mangrove forests, seagrass meadows, and coral reefs. The current global climate changes, for example, have seen the gradual warming of our seas, which is having a major impact on the health of our coral reefs, with increased levels of coral bleaching. Coral bleaching occurs when the tiny algae that co-exit with corals abandon that relationship as a result of intolerable levels of habitat stress. This has a knock-on effect on fish populations and other organisms normally associated with a healthy coral reef.

Global climate concerns, as highlighted in the Kyoto Protocol and the Bali Climate Change Conference, have focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in promoting biodiversity conservation and protection. While the terrestrial environment is a more obvious example which reflects global climate change, the flow-on implications for marine biodiversity cannot be ignored. Papua New Guinea has an important role to play in addressing the impact of climate change on its exceptional biodiversity. Conserving our marine environment should be given high priority along with the development of strategies to reduce deforestation and forest degradation.

Into the Wild

Into the wild was a good movie, yet a little crazy…… This guy must have been really fedup with his parents to not let his feeling be known. It was also very sad to me when he died and his parents having to live with the heart ache that some how it was their fault he did what he did. It lets people know that our worlds is based on we have to show in the long run all acomplished. Its a hard world out there.

Journal

How exciting someone commented finaly. I thought that my stuff was just too boring for all these young high school students!! Anyways thanks for asking about my exprience at the Aquarium of the Pacific. As to how it felt sleeping in a dark place full of sea creatures a little scarie thinking the glass might brake or something crawling on the floor getting to me or my child. It was a wounderful thing waking up to sea otters playing in their tank wanting us to give them attention….. I had an exprience with my daughter that I will never get again. You know one of those things you only do once and have the good memories. Yes we can go back but can we spend the knight or have back stage passes like we did that day…

The Monkey book

This book is so long I thought it was going to be thin like all the others. I guess It shouldn’t matter…… I’m a little confused as to were this book is leading me to, I know its about crazy people trying to ruin a reservoir that once beautiful. Ill let you know now next post…………

Something special

I’m better this time around, being able to just relax at least for a little was amazing especialy spending it with my children. With school and all I really don’t have much time for them or myself so this kind of time is special to me. We started out week by going to their favorite spot. The movie theater and saw “Spider-wick”, this film is one of those you can see twice and say “It was a good movie”. Me and my children had already seen this movie they just wanted to see it again. Especially at a good price, we call it the two dollar movie theater. Another special thing we did was go out and eat dinner this restaurant is located on telegraph by the mall. Let me say their food was very good. It was “delicioso”, a special treat for us to be together.

Over Load!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“I just want to scream today!” Not knowing what to do or feel, I’m just feeling like I’m not doing what I need to do to help those near to me it seems like I’m trying to solve my problems and theirs…… Huh well most of us have life aside from school, witch most of the time it runs smooth and sometimes not you feel like a running chicken when they cut off their heads and are about to die. I say 98% of the time you think your doing good but then you get that slap in the face…. and you wounder what did I do????? I’m doing my best and things still go wrong what do then????? I’ve learned just to breath count to ten and tell myself it will all be okay, just remember to breath…….because life happens wather you want to stop it!!!!

“John Muir” A Wind-Storm in the Forest

What can I say?

I’ve read so far “John Muir” A Wind-Storm in the Forest it one of those you don’t want to read again he surprises the reader with his point on storms in pine crest valleys. He explains how it’s not just a storm with rewined pine trees distroyed by these storms. The beauty you see after is what gets this John Muir. The one thing I remember him saying was when he climed a pine tree after a storm had hit he discribes it as the most beautiful sight he has ever seen explaining that rubish is not a mess of trees, but a mess of beauty.

In Class work down draft

My topic is going to be about palloution, water waist how water waist is affecting our

ago to the present day. I’m going to target older children they are our future.

Hetch Hetchy Valley

Yosemite is so beautiful,

The article Hetch Hetchy Valley by John Muir made me research more I wanted to see in photos other than my imagnation searching the web I came apon these photos I found on yosemite fun.com . Amazing isen’t It? Maybe I’m going a little over board but it’s just so beautiful. What got me about reading this article is how could someone think about distroying a magnifasent place that god gave to man for enjoyment. That just goes to show just how much we care about our enviroment. What matters to us is how can we make it to work on time, pay bills, finish homework just getting by our hecktech everyday life right? We don’t look around while walking to class and observe birds flying above us trying to get by their day as well being weird yet true. Here’s man trying to distroy this beautiful place  it’s upsetting to know that Ive never been to Yosemite National Park and I may never go but then again you just never know I would love to go and see for myself the beauty it presents in these photos. I’m picturing myself standing in that beautiful medow looking outword and seeing nothing but flowers in all sorts of colors especialy with a sunset. Learning just how important the enviroment is I take an extra look around and see a little bird pick food from the grass flying away yet coming back for more so small its part of our world that man ignores yet this small animal has a home. A home we all belong to and these plants, animals everything that depend on what mother earth has to offer so why is it so hard for us to do our part to keep our home alive insted distroying it.
